Going to be starting forskolin 95 in March and was looking for a couple different supplements to run along with it. Any opinions? I already can see my six pack but still have a layer of fat over them and my obliques

This works well with aav2 as well But belly fat responds best to this Fasted cardio in the am with raspberry ketones and a mix betwee. Alpha y and regular yohimbine. With higenamine Just so happens - Norcodrene/alpha t2 Rk 500/ metabolic powder Yohimbine hcl Adipose annihilation v2 All stacked can be mix and matched and does appropriately enough where even your abs will have abs

I will agree here as far as adding aav2 to PX 500 for a solid stack for sure.
Fasted cardio or non fasted cardio, IMO from experience, both work neither one better than the other so just do what you wish here
I really want to emphasize the point of a solid nutritional approach first before adding any supps. Consistency and hard work will get you there.

Are the IRL results between the two noticeable? I would argue not. Beaner IMO is right on the money.
Do what works as some people can tolerate fasted and some can't and the actual difference would be negligible IMO
If you have experience with Yohimbine, Alpha T-2 from PES or just regular Yohimbine from SNS are popular to stack with Forskolin.Too much thought onto science of things with a few % difference that are highly negligible imo. Just train and eat properly without worrying aboit the minute details imo.

Indeed science is cool bud, wasn't knocking it at all. I value your opinion as well as many others on here.
I also think anecdotal evidence is as important, which in my case is what I'm drawing my conclusion from. I noticed no real difference in my experience, which is why I suggested doing whatever floats your boat![]()

There are a lot of people who have had great results with supplements who aren't lean. I am fat as **** for instance. Do I think Alphamine/F95/DCP2.0/Norcodrene etc will give me abs? No, not at all. However,2 caps Norcodrene or 2 scoops Alphamine gets my butt moving and helps keep me from binge eating. This way I can hit my macros without gorging on fast food. RK500's/Metabolic Powder etc helps waste some calories, if i do go slightly over.
Other supps like ABE/EPro seem to boost my strength so when I am in gym and the ripped brah is doing 50lb alt curls while starring at himself, I can feel better repping the 100lb dbs as if they were two 100lb forks shoveling food into my obese mouth.
It wasn't my intention to be rude or mean. I meant that if you started using fat burners and lots of supps to drop from 18% to 10%. Then what do you do when you want to go from 10 to below 7%? This happened to me. I used a lot of supps to get down from like 16% to 10%. Then when I wanted to go lower, those supps became useless in a sense. I didn't get the same results I was getting earlier. Should I have just uped the dose? 2g of caffeine instead of 1g? 30mg of yohimbe instead 20mg? True, but a simple calorie deficit will be the determining factor. Make the most out of the least.
Im more for people understanding that the higher bf% they are, the less they need to do to make a change. Then, the lower you go, the more tools, techniques and strategies are needed to shift away even more bf.
Its quite easy with commitment and self control to get to 12-14% without supplements and in fact I push all my clients to do this. Once you hit 12%, things can start slowing down somewhat which is where I suggest refeeds. Once they hit 10%, then cardio, refeeds and yohimbine are all implemented.
For a person looking at building an impressive physique, this game is majority diet and if you haven't nailed that, you'll get nowhere.

Exactly right, diet manipulation is the key...the problem? time/patience.
I have been manipulating calories/training consistently for 2 years and can finally say I have a decent physique, perhaps similar to the before pictures of those 12 week transformations.
People grossly underestimate the time/effort it takes to get a good physique, especially naturally.
