Supplements for a women

My little sister has asked me what supplements she can take. She's been in the gym for about a year. She's 18. Any advice will be appreciated
 
Tell her that her diet is much more important than supplements, as is her training. What she should really do, is get both of those on lock, and then supplement if she feels the need.

If and when she does begin to supplement, I would recommend the basics, a multi, fish oil, protein if she needs it, and maybe some creatine.
 
What are her goals? I would probably say she's too young regardless.
 
Whey protien is great
 
Multi, fish oil, protein, creatine, are great basic staples for anyone, male or female. Diet is most important over anything. I'd start there and see where it goes.
