There are so many GDAs and Insulin mimickers, on the market right now....I was just looking to get some thoughts on what might be beneficial for my super high carb/low fat refeed days on Keto??
I've been utilizing Keto dieting to get down to about 6-8% bf each year for the last 7 years, and its always been successful. I'm a huge fan of R-ALA supplementation year round for all of its benefits, but I specifically use it in a combination on my 24hr refeeds.
Right now each high carb meal is supplemented with the following.......
-200mg R-ALA
-400mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
-20mg Vanadyl Sulfate
Thoughts?......Additions??
