Welcome to the forums. Gaining muscle and losing fat simultaneously is a very difficult process. To build muscle, you need to be eating in a calorie surplus. To lose fat, you need to be eating in a calorie deficit. I would choose one goal at a time and spend 2-3 months in either a muscle building or fat loss phase. When do you plan to compete?

Agreed with this. It's easier to bulk up with lean muscle then prep and cut for your show. That's the ideal way to do it. Being in August/Sept you have time to maybe try to gain some muscle then start your cut.

I read about a good supplement follidrone 2.0, would you think it would help me gain lean muscle?

That is a solid supplement, yes. What you are wanting to do is called a recomp. Very hard to do. I suggest, instead of rushing things, focus on one goal (lose fat or lean bulk with keeping fat at a minimal). You will see faster results this way as well. Follidrone 2.0 is a solid supplement. Anabeta Elite, AlphaMax XT, ArA are a few other good options as well. But without proper diet and training, you will be disappointed with your results with or without the use of supplements.

I would love for you to tell us your typical diet and training routine as well as experience with supplements so we can get a better idea of how to help you.

Aug or Sept...I am eating at least 2200 macros and training hard 5 days a week.

With that amount of time you'll be able to spend the next few months in a calorie surplus to gain some muscle, and then you can transition into a cutting/diet phase at 16-20 weeks out from your show. Trying to build muscle and lose fat at the same time will result in slow progress and frustration.

Let us know what supplements you're currently using, and which ones you've used in the past. There are a few great products out that can help with your goals, as R1balla mentioned. But depending on your experience with supplements and training, some might be a better choice than others.

right now I am taking ignite fat burner, bcaa, glutimine and l-glutemine, multi vitamin and jack d preworkout. I do need something to give me energy during my workouts. I dont want to take creatine, bc I dont want to feel bloated. The protein makes my stomach blah as it is. Looking for some good sumpplents that will help burn fat and build some muscle.

I understand what you are saying. That being said, diet and training will do much more than any supplement can do. People tend to thing the ingredients are some form of magic and that they can neglect (not saying that you are) diet and training.

As long as you get your diet and training on point, I am happy to help. You mentioned a pre workout but you do not want creatine as well as needing more energy during workouts. Many pre workouts contain creatine so I suggest looking for a strong stim that does not contain creatine. HyperMax XT is one excellent option for you. Does not contain creatine and is very strong. Most people do fine with 1/2 - 3/4 of a scoop. HyperMax XT is available at TF supplements for buy one get one 50% off. That deal is too good to pass up...especially considering the quality of HyperMax XT.

With the subject of keeping fat off and gaining muscle, I covered that in my previous post. AlphaMax XT or Anabeta Elite would be my top two choices for that. If you need/want additional help with fat loss let me know and I can suggest other products for you.

Please give us an example of your diet and training as well.
