supplement that makes you gain more muscle by eating?

A diet and workout regimen geared toward building muscle will be the base. Supplements will just aid the process. A few natural supplements I would look to first if trying to build muscle would be Anabolic XT or Anabolic Effect linked below:

1) You want to up your calories (as clean as possible)

2) Buy yourself SNS Glycophase to help with those carbs you eat

3) buy yourself an anabolic like Anabolic XT

4) maximize testosterone with a booster like CEL M-Test

If you want to get real into it with a dope natty cycle, add CEL Alpha One to the mix for recomp and pump benefits.

@sns8778 knows his stuff!

Hello, as the title says is there a supplement that makes you gain more muscle by eating?

I want to make sure I understand your question correctly. Are you asking if there’s a supplement that will help you build muscle and increase your appetite? Or asking if there’s a supplement that will help you build more muscle when you’re eating more?

There have been great answers in the thread.

Hello, as the title says is there a supplement that makes you gain more muscle by eating
What your looking for is an appetite stimulant, basically it just makes you more hungry and helps you gain weight.

In terms of supplements I will suggest some now that could help you:

I think there is almost nothing that could help you as much as massmax, its specifically made to help you gain weight and increase appetite, as well as some testosterone and muscle growth boosting ingredients.

I know anacyclus has some appetite boosting benefits. It could help you.

Other than that your best bet is taking care of your stomach bacteria and enzymes, you can do this by taking probiotics, digestive enzymes and fiber supplements.
I will link some below, they can really improve digestion, help weight gain and enhance appetite.

You should be able to find fiber supplements at any nutrition store so I won't include a link.

Other than that in terms of diet you should make sure you eat lots of carbs like rice, you can easily eat 1k calories of rice per meal and its pretty easy to digest for most. Also add fat to your meals, adding in a bit more oil to your meals doesn't take up any extra room in your stomach and can really help you eat more calories. Also I would get a good blender and drink a smoothie every day, you can make up to 3k calories smoothies at home easy and drinking your calories is much easier. For smoothies you wanna get A TON of oats since they are super high in calories and a bunch of frozen fruit and peanut butter.

Hope this can help.

Thank you for the reply and suggestions. Is mass max natural supplement or is it like a prohome? Also, with eating too much calories I would also gain fat as well. Is there where I can eat a lot and just gain muscles without fat?

It’s not really possible to just gain muscle without any fat. You have to eat in a caloric surplus to gain muscle but there is no way you can make 100% of the those extra calories go to muscle.

A big help would be the SNS glycophase.

Massmax is a natural product that i think you would love. If you eat in a calorie surplus you will gain fat no matter what, I think what you want to do is a lean bulk, which is only eating about 200-300 calories above maintenance. You can find out roughly what your metabolism is by using a calorie calculator, just Google "calorie calculator" and you'll find a bunch. If you want to gain muscle without gaining an ounce of fat that's more of a recomping type thing but I don't have any advice for you on that.

I agree massmax would be a great natural product to try out as well.

No. Eating “a lot” is relative, but the more you eat over demands the higher the fat gain.

FWIW I think people eat more above their maintenance than they need to a lot, but this can be goal specific and based on preferences.

If you want to really limit fat gain go for a much more moderate surplus, but some of the suggestions in this thread may be beneficial supplement wise too.

Mass Shift from APEX will help you eat more calories while helping to keep your blood sugars stable. I recommend it to all trainers looking to bulk up. Likewise, it's also helpful to dieters looking to keep things tight.
Its nutrient partitioning effects are stellar.

It’s a natty product. And no, you will gain some fat on a bulk but you can do it at a minimal amount it diet is clean

Steve made a great point above that many ppl miss. You can only eat as much as you can properly digest or you get bloated and fatter that way too. Your gut health is a huge factor.

Ppl often scoff at chicken and rice but a big reason why chicken breast and white rice go so well with building muscle is there easily digesting quality protein and carbs. Pro bodybuilders are basically professional eaters. If you cant digest you cant eat the next meal or make the most out of your meals. Also, be patient bro. Building muscle is a long slow process. If your natural and gaing more the 2-3lbs a month your likely putting on more fat then you are muscle. Even on steroids if your goal is the best physique possible your still only shooting for 4-8lbs a month. 1-2lbs per week. If you natty and gain 20lbs in 2 months you will likely need to cut 15-18 lbs of fat when your done

may have missed it in here, but I'm not sure anyone mentioned GlycoPhase - a good GDA can be quite helpful.

If you're trying to maximize muscle mass and you want to stay natural. I'd really recommend stacking Sustain Alpha and GlycoPhase

Sustain Alpha is a an amazing natural testosterone - it's also going to manage estrogen and cortisol, while also increasing insulin sensitivity.

Combine that with a solid GDA like GlycoPhase would be great for building some lean muscle and minimize fat storage.

here's some articles about the major ingredients in Sustain Alpha

Yeah. Consistency. 4-5 days a week weight training. Food ( good nutrition) , EAAs, omegas, Creatine, DihydroBerberine & Humanofort

supplement that will help me build more muscle when i'm eating more.
So you want to maximize muscle gain during a bulk?

Pepti plex is great

Anabolic xt😍😍😍

Phosphatidic acid, great for strength gains.

GlycoPhase is a great product to help make sure that your carbs and other nutrients are being efficiently utilized to help build muscle rather than be stored as fat.

When you're eating more and in a surplus, your body has the extra calories to build muscle, so there are some really good natural anabolic options that can help you build more muscle.

Some great options would be:
  • Anabolic XT
  • Anabolic Effect
  • Alpha One
  • Prime XT
  • Pepti-Plex
  • Phosphatidic Acid XT
  • Recomp20
I could keep going with different options, but those are the ones that come to mind right off hand.

arachidonic acid + quality food as preworkout= muscle strength + strength gain
i will try to post more important details about my above claim but... be sure about that

No that does not exist. Even on steroids you get fat from overeating
