Im not if there is one already, but i was just thinking it would be a good idea to have like a supplement list like for vitamins. Like for some of the more basic vitamins ppl are taking such as glucosamine, flaxseed, fish oil, etc and put down what they are for such as joints, heart, and so on.
And maybe even a good dosing of each.
