Is there anything that can help repair tendons quicker? Somehow both of my Achilles are effed to the point the I've only been to the gym 4 times in the last 2.5 weeks and cannot do any legs really. I can barely walk because every time my heel hits the ground I get a sharp shooting pain. I've nearly fallen over a few times.

I have no idea what caused it. It started with the right one and a few days later the left as well. Currently cruising on 175mg of test. I stopped Deca roughly 2 weeks ago just in case that was causing issues, but nothing changed.

Have added 3g collagen 2x per day as well as 1g vitamin C per day. No change from that, but I don't expect that to work quickly. I am resting as much as possible with my feet elevated.

That is a weird issue to just pop up (to me at least). Is there any reason you could have low E? I would presume the Deca to possibly help, so dropping it might do worse for it.

Generally for joint health or pain reliefe I like Cissus, glucosamine sulphate, msm, Voltaren gel. Voltaren has an effect pretty fast, like in days. BPC-157 is also held in pretty high regard.

Could also be you have some muscles so tight that it appears/creates soreness in your achilles. I'm thinking hamstrings, calves or even the small muscles on the bottom of the feet. But could be any muscle group from the back side of your body or even if your 'shin muscles' or what ever they're called are very tight, they can stretch and add stress to your achilles. Not very helpful there, but a massage could help is the point.

I would see a tissue specialist/chiro/sports medicine doc because they may find some muscle tightness issues they can resolve and show you how to keep on top of for future. Loosening everything will only help.

10-20g collagen peptides daily is always smart. I buy 5lb bags on Amazon of Custom Collagens brand.

As low as 5-10mg Anavar daily will increase collagen synthesis. Tren does this as well.

BPC157 for tendon repair/strengthening is a solid idea.

I too thought Deca may help, but stopping did not worsen the symptoms. It isn't getting better either though.

I currently take glucosamine/chondroitin twice per day (have been for several years now), MSM thrice per day (started this a few months ago), 1g vitamin C, 5,000iu D3 (all of those are Kirkland brand) 400mg ibuprofen every six hours, Voltaren Gel every six hours, and 6g of collagen per day.

I'll increase collagen, add 5mg of Var per day and 100mg per week of both Deca and Tren. I'll also try a massage with some arnica ointment. I've been telling my partner she can't do my lower legs, because I'm scared of the pain! Lol

ETA: I'm early 40's and have never had Achilles problems. I'm a drummer and cyclist, so they get a lot of use. This is very odd to just come out if nowhere like this!

Super low. I see people uses 5x the amount you need and it’s crazy. Buy a 5mg vial, recon it with 2ml and dose 5 units on an insulin syringe to get 125mcg once or twice a day subq. It’s systemic so you don’t have to get it close to help. If you have only 1ml syringes, put 3ml or whatever you can fit in the vial to dilute it and use 10 units, but 100mcg twice a day is sufficient.

Use it for a bottle or two, then be done with it for a good while. Don’t stay on it.

You know what, but the 2mg vials. It’s still cheap and then it’s easier to dose.
