supp dosing

I just bought 500 grams of Diargnine and 200 grams of CEE bulk powders from 1fast. I dont have anything to weight the **** with. Does anyone know the conversion to a Tbsp. I remeber creatine mono, 1 Tbsp=5 grams of mono.

Actually 1 teaspoon of 1fast creatine is like 2grams as the consistency is different to Creatine mono.....actually both the products should have a ghetto looking label taped to both containers, thats how I get my stuff from Mike!

1 tsp ~ 2.2g

yea, I just got them, they do have a ghetto looking label. The conversions are on the tubs.
