So today was chest and arms. Took one pill this morning, gym at 2:45pm 20 mins of cardio and looked like I took a shower lol. This stuff is crazy potent if I haven't said that enough. Workout goes like this:
Incline db press - 35x12, 45x12, 75x8, 85x8, 100x6, 85x10 dropped to 50x8
Chest flys - 130x10, 170x10, 250x6 dropped to 150x4, 90x6
Straight bar curls - 95x15, 115x10, 125x8 dropped to 95x8
Tricep overhead press - 55x20, 65x12, 75x12, 80x12, 90x8
And that was it this was second chest and arms this week so the workout was shorter to help me hopefully recover better. I have been staying sore longer than normal so I don't get I'm recovering properly
