I started geared up's "superfreak" ph supplement a couple of weeks ago. I've had shoulder issues and tweeked it a little. So I was going to lay off of it for a week or so, but I read on here that stopping in the middle could be bad. I'm not taking anything else with it but drinking plenty of water. Guess I'm wondering what can happen. My friend finished a bottle not too long ago with great results and no side effects.
