Couldn't say what's best but I'd recommend blends from fruits and veggies. The aquatic sourced greens can sometimes be contaminated with algal toxins, which really reverse the health benefits you may have been working towards.
I like the formula in the one by Legion Athletics. But the taste is pretty bad. There is a lot of Spirulina and I guess it is hard to mask that taste. It’s the only one I have used where I actually seem to feel better when taking though.
