Any way i am going to try super drol and i was wondering what you all thought of this,

Week 1-SD 20mg-NAC 2000mg-Milk Thistle 1200mg
Week 2-SD 20mg-NAC 2000mg-Milk Thistle 1200mg
Week 3-SD 20mg-NAC 2000mg-Milk Thistle 1200mg
Week 4-SD 20mg-NAC 2000mg-Milk Thistle 1200mg
Week 5-Nolva 40 mg-NAC 2000mg-Milk Thistle 1200mg
Week 6-Nolva 40 mg-NAC 2000mg-Milk Thistle 1200mg
Week 7-Nolva 20mg -NAC 2000mg-Milk Thistle 1200mg
Week 8-Nolva 20mg -NAC 2000mg-Milk Thistle 1200mg

Any suggestions, do you think i should alter the dosages of anything, by the way im currently bulking , im 5`11 200lbs with about 11% bodyfat, ill be consuming about 4500 calories a day.
 
sounds fine, but i'd add some RYR and Co-Q10 for my heart and lipids.

expect a little waistline expansion with that many calories @ 200lbs (depending on how many you're getting now) - stick to low-medium GI carbs, obviously.

taurine may or may not help with the pumps, but it's too cheap not to take.

Im alread on 4500 calories as it is, and ill take your advice about the RYR and co-Q10

and you arent gaining weight? maintenance for a reasonably active 200#er is like 3200-3500 i think.

According to the BMR and the harrison bennedicts equation i should be consuming about 3986 calories a day so to gain i added 500 calories which brought me up to 4500 calories(i know its only a rule of thumb) but its been a pretty good gauge but ive stopped gaining now for some time.

If youre bein sarcastc , dnt bother responding to the post, ive been training for three years and my diet is as good as it gets, i know what im doing in regards to training and eating but its the first time ive ever done something like superdrol so im just checking im doing everything right.

With 10 mg and ~3500 calories I managed to gain 7 pounds in 8 days. You may want to start out with 10 mg and then ramp it up when your gains slow down. May also want to reconsider going over 4000 calories. I was able to maintain a consistant body weight on 3500 but I started gaining without eating more on my cycle.
