Yup, it's what I had to do with my gf. She was completely against it at first and now every once in a while she'll even ask to do my shot for me.
 
Lee priest was 5'4 215-220 on stage at 5%, that's not terribly far fetched from 5'5 215 at 11-13% maybe 10 lbs of fat/muscle difference. I'm not hating, I just think your bf estimate is off, even that size at 15-20% Natty would be impressive
 
I did say it was blown out of proportion in one of my first posts.... even I drink once a week when using, no issues. BUT I have seen other people's levels in 200's on another forum and made me preach but then I've seen someone's test values on the last week of a month on methyltren and they were just above normal.... like jakz said it's probably person dependant. Personally I still wouldn't mix SD and winny. Also in for pics haha
 
I'm just going to say it. We are ALL just waiting for pics of 5ft5 216lbs with 12%bf
 
I agree with everyone else, play it safe and grab some tudca. Why don't you just do a 12 week test cycle with a sdrol kicker or something simple?

I'm 216 at 6 foot! And probably 12% BF! He must be stacked...
