Superdrol to epi bridge question

Hey guys this is my first post but not my first cycle. It will, however, be my first bridge

I will begin doing a (3 week on) superdrol to (4week on) epistane bridge (6weeks total if you're following me) My question is, if I will be dosing

Sdrol 10/20/20/00/00/00
Epi. 00/00/30/30/40/40,

Should I begin to take my SERM (nolvadex) the day after I no longer take sdrol and keep running it until I am ultimately done with my epi supply OR should I wait until I am finished with epi in order to begin my serm usage?

Thanks any and all advice /criticism is welcome
 
I would run some serious liver support for this one to be safe. And I must ask why would you start a SERM while still on a steroid? Are you sure this is not your first cycle?

Start it after your very last oral dose.

I would almost pick a PH that will kick in faster than EPI.. EPI doesn't kick in that fast.
 
Thanks guys for the answers and looking at it now it actually seems quite stupid to ask if I should take it mid cycle lol.
 
Tagger, What would you suggest? Methylstenbolone since it's pretty fast acting? You're right epi doesn't kick in right away but I suggested it since superdrol is extremely toxic. although still methylated, epi is considerably milder and easier on the liver than most methylated phs.
 
Why bridge anyways? Run superdrol and a test base. Either pin some test or pick up some dermacrine and/or stano. Of course there is also trest.

Yup, or just run SD for 4 weeks and you will just as happy.

What is your experience with hormones?
 
Glad you partially understand how bad a dimethyl like SD is but the liver is not the worst things is more about the damage it does to your lipids that's scary.

Anyways I think the epi run is too short. If do this stack I'd do something more like
SD 20/20/20/10/0/0
Epi 0/10/20/30/30-40/40

Ultimately I'd toss out the either toss out the Epi and just run six weeks of SD @15-20 mg or run 6 weeks of epi with a 20 mg pulse of SD on 3 workout days a week.

Have you ran SD? There's no going back from it as it makes you feel like a God who can break weights in half. Greatest feeling in gym ever... Though life outside of gym will suck at time haha
 
I would do one of 2 things. Either run epi for 6 weeks. 4 weeks of epi is pretty much useless IMO. Or run SD for 4 weeks with a test base. If you can't get real test use lgi stano. But test E for 12 weeks with SD as your kicker for 4 weeks would be awesome. I want to try that soon
