Superdrol pulse questions

I am thinking of pulsing SD @ 20mg/day m/w/f for 8 weeks in preparation for summer. I have done this once before, but my diet was lousy and I was not lifting with the intensity that I should have been.. So I had the idea that I was going to go on a serious health kick and really put together a great pulse cycle before summer really kicks in. Here is what I am thinking
WK 1-8 SD 20mg M/W/F (keeping the dose low, worrried about mpb)
Off days Lean Xtreme/Hyperdrol X2
HST training with my various DC principles involved (some RP sets, extreme stretching, 20 rep squat sets)

Let me know what you guys think, my main concern as I said was shredding (mpb). I also don't want to get too crazy with the Lean Xtreme for I want it to retain potency post-cycle.
 
I was wondering if running Post cycle support or stoked during a pulse on off days would be beneficial. Any thoughts Pembroke

This is what Crowler did with his Epistane cycle and had great results. It should work well for you.

I did an epi pulse and was very happy with the results.

I have kept all my gains, strength etc.

weeks 1 - 8
Epi 20mg on workout days
POST Cycle Support on NON workout days 2 caps AM 2 caps PM
Cycle Support every day 1 scoop AM 1 scoop PM

Weeks 9 - 12
POST Cycle Support every day 2 caps AM, 2 caps PM
Cycle Support every day 1 scoop AM, 1 scoop PM

Thank You, Looks Like a Good way to Cycle. You folks have opnions on Running Epi 3 days a week Vs 4 days on a pulse. I'm thinking 3 days on Epi and PSC the other 4.

Depends, if you change up your dosing/workout scheme then a Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri ON would be for the 4 day pulse...and still allow the 2 consecutive days for rebounding...I have never done it this way but it is in the pulsing thread from Dr. D and I don't see why not...I had great success personally from 3x/wk Mon/Wed/Fri of Havoc dosed 1st week 10/20/30...weeks 2-4 40/40/40 and weeks 6-8 60/60/60...just to give you an idea and worked out great! But obviously the dosing can be modified to fit your needs...
 
what kind of gains can u expect with the 8 wk pulse? 5-10 lbs perhaps.

I gained 14 kept 10 just on Havoc (as described above)...

For superdrol though I am changing up my pulsing protocol because IMO one would get suppressed with EOD pulsing going 8 weeks and with SD being much more potent in terms of gains / sides. I'm going with the 3 on / 4 off dosing protocol for a quick 3 day straight cycle but take 4 days off for recovery...only in my first week so not much to go by but will let people know how it goes...will be getting blood work done in the summer when I am done...ImJ2k has been doing this same exact thing and has gained 20lbs in few months...so that is what I can expect and gives you an idea...
 
Maynehood wish I would have pulsed S drol. I am finishing up my cycle and for me 4 weeks is not long enough to develope quality sustainable muscle gains I am looking for. My strenght is just starting to rev up. 3 day pulse sounds solid to me. I read to much junk from pulse haters without any real evidence as to why the didn't like the method. Thats why I didnt pulse. My loss

People don't like the pulse b/c of the constant hormone fluctuation. IMO I don't think the bump is THAT big (esp. with Havoc/Epi) and so the dip would be just the same...but remember that is just my opinion and speculation. I wanted to do something that I could benefit for but I didn't feel SD pulsed EOD would be a good idea...so I went with the 3 on / 4 off as this seems more appropriate given the potency of the compound and in respect allow for greater recovery than just the 2 consecutive days off...

I am going to go straight into the summer and then blood work will show its affect on me...I will provide all the explicit information of what I did, how I did it, and the results so that people will get an idea from it. If the results are bad, then they are bad...if they are good, then I guess I'm golden and I'll use this protocol for anything and everything...

I did 8 months research before I started my Havoc cycle...with the information I got from that I waited another 2-3 months before I started this one...wanted to do it a different way being that it's SD...
 
Last time I ran a superdrol pulse like this I had an increase in libido, the off days especially, almost like the body fights back against shutdown on the off days by producing extra natural test. EOD during the week and 2 days off sat/sun with a test booster on off days seems to work well.. I am not looking to pack on much, maybe 7-8 good clean lbs while leaning out. I plan on keeping all of it. At the end of the cycle I will start to eat a surplus of calories while using Lean Xtreme to keep lean and fight the post cycle cortisol excess. Pulse cycles usually have retainable gains, unfortunately I got injured after my last pulse and was unable to lift (fractured radius/ulna) so my gains did not stick around. Anyways, I think I am going to edit my cycle, let me know what you think:
1-8 superdrol 20mg mon/weds/fri (like to keep the dose light)
1-8 AN Drive/RPM stack
Alpha Drive XL (hope it works) 1-8 OFF days (tues/thurs/sat)
6-11/12 Lean Xtreme (tapering downwards to prevent cortisol rebound)
* PCT should not be required, but I will have it on hand anyways (nolvadex)
 
Looks good brother. Quick ? what are your thoughts on taking S drol MON TUES THUR. now you have 3 days to combat shutdown. Thats what I am thinking of running next. Probably run Stoked on off days or PSC.
