Yeah i doing 65lbs laterals, it has definetly added width to my shoulder. Omega Flex? never hear of it, who makes it? righ now i am using Elastic Join (LABRADA NUTRITION).

I have gotten so strong that my joints hurt like hell. I had to take a couple of days off the gym.

I have worked my way up to 27ml dailly, 9ml three times a day. You might want to start at 12ml daily then go from there.
 
I am still doing M14ADD at 120mg, with one more week left and then i will add superdrol for 2-3weeks and finish of the finigenx. After this, it's going to be a 5 months of Zero supplements including whey protein (which i have used for 4 years straight). I call it "Operation System Cleanout."


I will have the end stats in 4 weeks.

Oh how does 510lb deads sound like? yeahhhhh buddyyyyy

That actually sounds kinda scary. I'm so addicted to supps I don't think I could go clean for a while. If offered money, I'd have to make sure nootropics were excluded from the list of things to be off of.

Same here! When I take only maintenance stuff is at least a dozen pills a day :D

But he is totally right. I believe that just 2 weeks off everything, every 3-4 months is more than enough.

yeah but i have been using supplements for 3-4years straight.
 
been off the gym for about 3 days now. Joint pains really got to me. I am seriously thinking of not using the superdrol for the last 3 weeks of my cycle. Maybe save it for another cycle?
 
hey dipomats, you're doing great bro. Keep it up for the rest of the cycle man....those are some impressive pundages you got on your lifts...especially for being 220-230...you've def. got the genetics in your guns homes...19" at 220 is fvcking awesome...lol. Hit up PCT and take it easy on the workouts and you should be good2go.

As far as the SD, not sure as I've yet to use it...but I will say that if you're happy with your gains now, I'd say screw it and use it up for the next one man. :cool:

what is up dawg! i was wondering where you went. I am somewhat happy with my mass gains but i am trying to get too 230lbs it seems like i have hit a wall because i cannot get pass the DAMN 225lbs!!!!****. Any suggestions, i have already up my calories but, no-go. What do you think.

If the joints are getting to you too much, I say don't add it and just keep it for another one. Don't worry, I won't give you that much of a hard time about being so close yet so far. I mean, its better to have working joints than an extra 5 lbs.

And trust me, I wish I had had 19s when I was 225. :-( My meager 18s made me very sad. Now my 17s at 190 doesn't seem too bad though. They could always be bigger though.

Honestly whenever I hit the 230-235 mark, I had a HELL of a time breaking past that....I think that was my first "set-point" so to speak...like my body said, nope, no more...

What I did was increase my carbs and fats mostly, while my protein was increased very slightly. I also added in additional sloppy meals like pizza, breads, etc. in order to try and shock myself to grow.

I kept a close eye on my BF with caliper readings and tape measurements...I could really get a feel as to how my body was reacting to the different (in this case, crappy food) foods and massive increase in cals..if I were you and are still consuming 600+ carbs, then I would just try increasing your fat intake in your shakes.....use some kind of oil (preferrably flax, etc.) This will give you an easier way to increase cals w/o much chewing...lol.

Other than that, I would switch up my routine every other week. High reps for two, then low HEAVY lbs. for two. And actually trained less than I was previously....like only 2-3 days/week.

I think you'll get past 230 bro, just keep pluggin' away with diet, and make sure to minimize any overlap with your training split as much as possible. I think that as you get bigger, it will be easier to overtrain due to maxing out genetic limits...

DAY 49

did shoulder today and workouts still going strong. Although i tired as hell in th gym because i am not used to working out at 8am in the morning. But i had to get it over with.

Shoulder Press 55-15 reps 65-15 reps 100lb 6-7 reps (cut my rest time between sets)
Side laterals 30lbs-20 reps, 40-15 reps, 65lbs 8-10 reps (cut my rest time between sets)
Rear delts 30lbs-20 reps, 40-15 reps, 50lbs 8-10 reps (cut my rest time between sets)
Barbell Shrugs-405lbs 10-15reps

Thats all folks.

*Notice i reduced some of my poundages about 5%. This is because i cut the rest time between sets which speeds up the entire workout. This workout lasted about 35-40minutes.*

This cycle will run for another 3 weeks. I will weigh in again at the end of the cycle
 
DAY 50:

BACK DAY

PULL-UPS- bodyweight+55lbs 7 reps
BARBELL ROWS- 315 7 reps
PULLDOWNS - Whole stack 270lbs 8 reps
T-BAR ROWS- 5 plates 10 reps

Did not eat enoght calories today. Maybe got in 4000, i normally take in 5500 calories. Have upped my dosage with the M14ADD to 240mg, i have one more week on the M14ADD. Still thinking about adding the superdrol to dry me out a little bit.
 
DAY 52: off

DAY 53: CHEST DAY strength is still climbing like hell, i think the M14ADD is just starting to kick in strength wise.

INCLINE DUMBELL BENCH: 95LBS 15 reps, 110 9 reps, 115lb 7 reps, 120lbs 5 reps
HAMMER DECLINE BENCH: 225LBS 20 reps, 315lbs 15 reps, 405lbs 7 reps
INCLINE DUMBELL FLYES: 30LBS 20 reps, 40lbs 16 reps, 60lbs 10 reps
PEC DECK MACHINE FLYES (middle and lower chest): Whole stack 15 reps

I have decided to run the M14ADD for about two more weeks and call it a wrap. I will be saving the superdrol for my next cycle, whenever that is!
 
DAY 54: **** BICEPS and TRICEPS day

I normally work my triceps first on this day. Today i decided to do a GIANT SET, and it goes like this. I repeated this exercises simutaneously, and rest for 90 second before going at it again, completing 4 sets in all.

ROPE PUSH DOWNS: whole stack for 10 reps
BEHIND THE NECK ROPE PULLS: whole stack for 12 reps
SKULL CRUSHERS: 155lbs 10 reps

BICEPS

PREACHER CAMBER CURLS: 155lb 8 reps
PREACHER ONE ARM DUMBELL CURLS: 60lb 10,7,6 reps
HAMMER CURLS DUMBELL: 100lbs 10,8,8 reps 105lbs 8 reps

I do 4 sets per exercise.

****On day 60 i will have a detailed write up on my stats, including all my lifts pre and end of cycle (as if yall give a fukk).*******

Okay this is the deal i need a whole new wardrope now because i just ripped my second slacks, and all my shirts do not fit me anymore. I have to pretty much squeez into them. Its time to up the sizes of my clothes, men i love bulking.:D :D :D

FUNNY STORY

i went to see the movie "WAR OF WORLDS" yesterday with my homies, we bought the tickets and were going into the theater, when a couple of hoottaass chicks walked by and the latina amongst the bunch of them (she was the hottest, i think she was but my hommies argue) made an eye contact and walked off. Well sure enough after i bought a couple of botttled water and was about to leave i bumped right into her, she asked me "what size of bras do i wear", i replied back with a smirk on my face and said "lets take yours and try to see if it fits on". She laughed and asked for my name and if i was marriade i told her my name and told her that i was not marriad but i had someone already. She smiled as if she was thinking "****, you dont know what your missing". Jeez! things i would have done to her if i did not have a girl friend.
 
Awesome bro, I will eventually reach you size, maybe by 23, like yourself, but I would have to be about 300 to compare. LOL. I haven't paid attention too much but do you compete, or plan to? I myself won't, just do it for fun.
 
sounds good bro....hey man, you should get some of those Southpole shortsleeved button down shirts....they have all different kinds of plaid ones...they look descent. I alway get the XXL and usually it will be big enough for me when I'm bulking, and hten it's not TOO big when I cut down for a bit. Penney's used to have them...reall cheap too....I used to like buying more expensive clothes, but my hobby keeps me from doing that now...lol.

I have not seen any Pennys here in a long time, i think they have relocated. But there are other stores similar to them in my area. I will be going shopping in a couple of days, will see whats up, i love southpole brands so maybe i might stumble onto those.

M1,4ADD i have a week and a half left and am now doing 210mg daily, also the magic number.

I am 240 now, after my cut( about 3-4 months left) I will be at a lean 220 on a 6'4 frame. I am in the teens for bf%, but when I am at 220 I will be about 8-9%. Patience is killin me!LOL.

I have lost 5 pounds since the end of the cycle but all that is water, from the M14ADD. But i am just as strong, i took a week of from doing legs and came back two days ago, and am stronger that i was. LEG PRESS i added 50 pounds to what i was already doing. The **** is kind of scary.

That is going to be my next stack in November. Ergomax lmg, finigenx and 1-test transdermal, for 8-10 weeks, ergomax first 6 weeks of the cycle. yeah buddy i cant wait already!
