Superdrol help keep gains

Coming on my last week. im using a superdrol clone (forged SD extreme). cycle looks like this 10/20/30/*30 , i figure the last week at 30mg should be easy. i dont know if the forged SD is a weaker form of superdrol, but this cycle was practicly free of sides. no real back pumps to complain about. or anything else noticable realy. if my balls were not half there size i woudnt belive i was on anything. anyway...
i gained an easy 20lb, lost some definition and gained a little BF. my PCT looks like this, and everything is on stock.

Clomid: 100/75/50/50
DAA : 3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3
Erase : 0/0/0/3/3/3/3 ---------------------do i need to taper erase?
Animal Stak: 0/0/0/0/1/1/1/1
M stak: 0/0/0/0/1/1/1/1
ZMA : 3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3



i was just going to brigde into a natty stack so if it counts as part of the PCT , this should be about 2months long. Clomid for first month , then countinue with natty. Also i would like to use Erase for the duration at 3 a day, but have seen ppl suggest starting erase around secound week of PCT.

Also if it makes a differance. i preffer taking my DAA poweder mixed with creatine and baking soda prework out. For pct should i dose in the morning instead, i hit the gym around 8pm.

this was also my first cycle. superdrol is not suggested, but seemed to work ok for me. i know with out blood work we cant really tell.

also am taking an array of on cycle support. I drink about a gallon and a half of water on the regular . i drink water only, no soda, coffe or milk (store bought milk is **** !), at times i like to have a V8, but thats about it.

now the real question. should i keep eating high cal. or should i stay at matanance. should i change my work out routine (high/low rep.) i dont usually get to crazy with the carbs. i am now becuase i didnt want to take shorts on cycle, but would like to regain a bit of deffanition.

now only if they made a pill that would improve my spelling... :{

Taper your erase and watch for estrogen rebound.

You can bridge into a natty booster that's fine.

What I did for diet after my SD run was take Maint + 200-300 more calories for protein. Don't increase carbs or fat in pct.

For the lifting.... your natural testosterone is suppressed whether it feels like or not. Since you are missing a very fundamental hormone to repair muscle and recover DO NOT WORKOUT HARD. It will tear up muscle and that muscle will not repair but end up wasting. Here's how I did it...

Took first few days off at start of pct. Dropped number of times I lifted in a week to 3 and hit high rep/ low weight. Never go to failure and don't work out past an hour. I kept most of my gains and then went into a cut awhile after pct. It was a good cycle. Good luck man

I agree with most of stuff here. I was able to keep it all but didn't gain strength till bout 2 weeks after pct.
 
Thanks. What should I use to thin out. Have ran eca with good results but not sure how it is on muscles. May be Clem is a better choice I have heard t3 is good but will also kill some of the muscle gains. Any suggestions
 
Don't worry about thinning until about 4 weeks after your pct is done. If you start to soon you will lose the muscle you gained.
