Specify, if desired, with a reply. This is talking about the amount of weight you had at the end of the cycle vs at the end of PCT, assuming you didn't screw up PCT.

I would say the total average I have kept on all my cycles of it is around 85%.

Surprisingly I was gaining for about a month after stopping like I was still on it. Weird.

gained 14 at peek, it was during the pct... but after all is said and done +10 permanent solid pounds in total
