i am about to do a cycle of superdrol (3weeks) 20/20/20 along with
Red yeast rice 1g day
Hawthorne berry 1g day
Milk Thistle 1g day
Celery seed
Saw Palmetto 320mg day
coq10
Fish oil-3-5g
along with 3 week PCT with Nolva 20/20/20
diet is going to be
Protein-448.00
carbs-324
Fat-135
cals-4221 on workout days

my question is on my off days how many cals and food/protien should i take in?? also after my cycle in PCT how much cals and protien should i take in i dont want to put alot of weight but i do want to keep the strength gains??? i play football and dont want to lose mobility i am just taking SD for Strength gains and b/c its a short cycle so what should i do

To not be a complete **** I will answer your question, but most of the guys on this board wouldn't be nice enough to answer such simple questions which can be answered with a little work. You have to keep your kcal constant throughout the whole cycle & PCT. Don't just eat 4221 kcal on workout days. You have to eat that every day while on. Same goes for PCT. Keep cals constant if you want to keep your gains. Also, I think Nolva alone isn't enough for PCT. You should look into that.
 
ok i got it i need to eat clean so i dont gain alot of fat thanks here is my diet is this clean enuff

6:00 AM Multi Vitamins, Milk thistle,SD
6:30 AM Gym Cardio/abs
7:30 AM Protein Shake, 2 cups milk,3 packets of oatmeal
9:30 AM meal 1)1 cup ground beef , 2tsp peanut butter
11:30 AM meal 2)4 pieces wheat bread,6oz chicken breast,1 cup of egg white
1:30 PM meal 3)5oz can of chicken breast,1 cup cottage cheese
2:30 PM pre workout carb drink/creatine
3:30 PM Gym
5:00 PM pw shake creatine/48g protien
6:00 PM meal 4)1 cup Spaghetti, deli turkey 4oz, 2 pieces wheat bread
8:00 PM meal 5)1 cup veggie, 6oz steak
9:30 PM meal 6)protein shake, 1 cup cottage cheese, 3tsp peanut butter
