Your opinions are much apprecaited

I believe that policosanol improves HDL whereas RYR only lowers LDL. It's debatable whether they work while on cycle but I'll be using them both before during and after. Will be starting the same cycle on 11th also.

I have been taking 1200mg MT ED is this too much ?
