I'm going to do one more real good bulk, hopefully pushing me into or atleast close to the 200's. My steroid of choice will be Superdrol (Super Human Nutraceuticals Super Drol - M, 10 mg Superdrol per capsule and a measly 90mg hawthorn berry).
On Cycle:
Superdrol: 10/20/20-30
Coq10 - 60mg ed
Red Yeast Rice - 1.2g ed
NAC - 600 mg ed
Milk Thistle - 1g ed
Hawthorn Berry - 1g (maybe 2 depending on BP) ed
I have never had a big problem with cramps, but then again, I've never used Superdrol before... So if cramps become unbearable, I will supplement with Taurine.
PCT:
NAC - 600 mg ed
Milk Thistle - 1g ed
Nolvadex - 40/20/20/10 or 40/20/10 (depending on how quickly my testicles revert back to normal.)
Ronnie Coleman's Testogen XR - 1 scoop preworkout (I love this stuff for test boosting)
Also, I've never had a problem with prolactin, or gyno for that matter... But i've heard its fairly common for superdrol to cause delayed prolactin gyno, how exactly do I combat this? Letro and Nolva? Has anyone else had any problems with this?
My diet will consist of high carbs, high protein and low-mid fat. I'm trying to do a lean bulk here, so I'm not keeping anything too strict here.
Breakfast: I almost always start my day off with some Honey Nut Cheerios, almond milk, a fist full of almonds and 2 - 3 eggs.
Lunch: A fairly large baked Potato or Baked Sweet potato, a good sized steak or grilled chicken, grilled veggies.
Dinner: Large portion of pasta, steak or chicken, grilled veggies.
Meal before bed: 1 Scoop Mass Gainer shake and more pasta or potato, w/ chicken or steak if wanted.
Preworkout: Whey protein shake, small piece of chicken or steak, mid sized portion of pasta or potato
Postworkout: Steak, Baked Potato, two scoops of whey protein shake
As you can see, my diet is not strict and I am basically taking in all the carbs, protein and calories that I can during these three weeks on superdrol, my PCT diet will be a little cleaner, so I will retain my gains but i won't pack on fat either lol. I'll be starting this cycle in 5 weeks I believe. Does it look good? Are there any changes I should make? Would anyone like if I kept a well done log of this cycle? Weights, Measurements, Pictures.
