I think you mean which cycle will be easier to maintain gains after pct(or I would hope you mean) that would be 10/10/10/10 gains will be slower but easier kept, I think you need MORE research before continuing. 160 pounds is a little lite for sd...are you 21 or older?
 
No, not as pct, I mean will having any one of those cycles (as they are longer than 3 weeks) help maintain gains ? And what would be the preferred cycle

Lol ok good. I'd run SD for 6 weeks at 10mg preferably.
