What did you get from it?

I took it while recovering from my torn pec and terres minor, I got increased recovery of the torn tissue (compared to previous tears), and once I returned to heavy workouts before the Olympia I never really got sore; which suprised the crap out of me because I was off lifting for a month.

I have heard others say it helps a lot with strength so I would like to try it out while I am injury free.

24% symmetry. Strong libido reducer.


The 5% symmetry did nothing for me accept lowered my libido. Other people reported this too. Especially in conjuction w/ cissus.

But cissus and powerfull on the other hand sends it up Peter North style.

Could you possibly point out these posts, from BB.com I imagine? Not doubting you, it's just I've never heard anybody say that and it was stated rather matter-of-factly. Once again, not doubting, just wondering.
