SuperCissus Rx and Powerful side effects

I just started taking USP SuperCissus and Powerful. About 20 minutes after I take the cissus, I get a headache, and I can feel and see my pulse in my neck. Anyone else have this problem? I hate to stop taking it after only 2 days but its definitely starting to worry me.

start at lower dose, work your way up. maybe only take 1 a day for couple of days. also might try taking it fist thing in morning instead of pre w/o. just a few ideas. good luck.

My last dose was 10 hrs. ago and I still have a slight headache and throbbing (pulse) on both sides of my neck. High blood pressure?? Why would cissus cause this??
