SuperCarb Protein Pudding

i think this is my new favorite food.... good lord it's delicious!

1 box choc ff/sf jell-o pudding
2 scoops choc protein
2 tbsp supercarb
2 cups nonfat milk

SuperCarb was purchased straight from avantlabs.com.

I actually just dump everything into a shaker cup and give it a good shaking for about a minute. Then I pour it into some sort of container. Very quick and easy
