Superbeast mode. test e, eq, dbol.

I bought 2, and it was just a bunch of rednecks and rifles...WTF,,, where are all the greased up dudes in banana hammocks

Haha welcome. Ill save the read, discontinued eq, it was making my heart race, dbol ran its course, im now taking a dmz/tren combo thats making life interesting. Tomorrow morning will be legs and tomorrow evening shoulders/cardio. The test is definitely full swing now. Killed it yesterday after and i could go do the same workout today if i wanted!
 
Decent cardio today. Took about a 5 hour hike across 1400 acres of steep side hills.

Gym is closed now, didnt expect the hike to last that long. Ill be hitting shoulders HARD tomorrow and if my legs are functional ill hit those too.

Thanks for the short version still going to read through. Some day ill take that test ride. Wife is not a fan of supps ph is much easier to hide.

HOLY F*CK i've been busier than hell since i've been home. Guess i cant complain. SC was pretty boring with out any of my friends around.

rear delts on the pec deck

shrugs off of a hammer strength shrug machine. i love it for the neutral grips it gives but the weight of a barbell.

BB curl
45x10, 85x10, 95x8, 105x3 dropped to 85x3, dropped to 65x3

preachers

concentration curls/hammer curls superset- absolutely brutalizing!

hit 4 sets of abs repped till failure with 30 second rests

22 minutes on the treadmill at 3.8speed and 20degree incline

Im new to the site and wanted some feedback on test prop. Im planning on taking a 10 week cycle of test prop only and i have nolva on hand for PCT. Im 20 6'1 190 and have been about this size since i was 17... i work out daily and i play baseball in college. I have a good diet with alot of lean red meat, chicken, rice, pasta, ext. i try to eat around 3000 to 3500 calories a day. I was looking for something to give me a boost because i don't see any more gains in my lifts and my weight has been the same for a long time. I know around my age you produce most of your test and i was wondering if it is ok to take test prop in low dosage. Im not looking to get huge because i still have to stay flexible and athletic. Just want to get stronger and increase my weight to around 205.

If you can, see if you can bump the Pro Trenazine up to 3 per day spread evenly. When I ran my cycle of it I absoloutly destroyed training the entire month. I attributed a big part of my gains from just my ability to keep going like the energizer bunny, and I noticed this when taking 3 per day. You should love this cycle. Lookin great all around.

its not ok to take steroids period. your too young, and you're competing in collegiate drug tested sports. eat more and go jack someone elses thread troll.

I'm thoroughly enjoying EVERY aspect of the tren and dmz right now aside from the lethargy. it seems to be a little worse than sd lethargy, i'll attribute it to the dmz since its similar. strength is definitely going up from it though. I'll try splitting it up to where im taking one before bed so it doesnt effect me as much and run 3 a day if i can. strength is DEFINITELY up on this stuff. I'll have to check tomorrow with the calipers and see if any body fat has dropped off.

narrow leg press (heels touching, plate weight only listed, i dont know sled weight)

sumo leg press

seated hammer strength leg curl
45x12, 90x10, 115x8, 135x8

straight leg deads
135x8 for 3 sets

standing calves on a machine, 30 second rests between sets
150x15, 150x12, 110x12, 110x12

abs- hanging leg raises 5 sets till fail with 30 second rests

i attempted to do cardio. it didnt work so well.

I felt like a fuggin monster the ENTIRE time i was in the gym. when i said down to hit the leg extensions for my warm ups, i expected it to be heavier so i threw ALOT more muscle into it than needed and hit the top of the machines movement. the pumps are getting insane.

off day. i'll have taken 3 trenezines and 12.5mgs exemestane before the end of the day. split the dose up at every 6 hours yesterday for the trenezine, which put my last dose right as i was going to bed. still feeling lethargic but I'm certain it helped a little.

oddly enough my legs feel like hammered dog crap right now after yesterdays brutalization. definitely need the day off. tomorrow will be chesticles and triceps.

Love my days off! Just because you're on doesn't mean work out everyday. I am a huge fan and a firm believer in less is more. Rest is when your muscles are rebuilding themselves and feel some people don't want to accept that. Sometimes I even get side tracked and want to lift everyday. Unitive my gains stop and then hen I apply less is more, I start to grow like crazy.

How are the trenezines? Why kind of gains are they producing?

their very superdrol-esque with a bit of a zing to them. defnitely have a bit of lethargy from it. strength feels like its going up, weight is going up, need to check the scale but last weigh in was 222. leaning out slightly, and my appetite is GONE. im forcing my self to eat. definitely a tren side there... i do look/feel a little more lean and vascular. my resting heart rate has gone from 62bpm to about 90... i KNOW thats a tren side as well. definitely feel alpha as phuck on it. ready to smash sh*t when i walk into the gym. enjoying it other than the lethargy that i'm feeling from it. started taking dhea and its helping a little bit i think. I'll give a final review in 2-3 weeks on it though so i can get a full impression of it.

never heard of them.. i'm just eating a ton of vitamin c, attempting to stay hydrated and trying to keep food in me. do they have a name by chance? i'll take anything to kick this sh*t more quickly..

what you got homie? i've been thinking of pinning the eq again at lower doses than 650mgs a week to see if that helps at all..i wanted to eat everything in sight off of 650 a week.. hopefully its the same at lower doses. LOL. i've also been looking into injectable b12...
