Honestly thinking of just doing 750mg test E and that's all for a next cycle damn orals don't like me haha but o well I gotta push through get ripped or die trying!!!!!!!!!

orals always offer some rough side effects. I'd really like to try primo some time BUT finding legit primo can be difficult i've heard. I've actually heard where alot of UGL's are combining eq and masteron, and apparently those two together give primo like effects.
 
Day 24- 375ml test only. Off day from the gym. Feel like i got hit by a truck. Stupid shift changes :-(. Tomorrow is back day.

I should add that I'm starting to look very full and fairly dry. Vascularity is off the charts. My girl is flying in next weekend, ill get a few pictures taken and posted up.

Your bent over rows, do u do them Dorian style or Arnold style? I've tried both even gone so far as doing them on a flat bench like Arnold use to do to be able to get a huge stretch in my lats. I like Dorian style better. I def can go a lot heavier at a more upright position.

There are no arnold style nor dorian style bent over rows. They did not invent these exercise .idon't get it why people attach their name with it. These are supinated(underhand) grip bentover rows and pronated(overhand) grip bentover rows.

Never said they invented them read my post I said style. They both had different styles. Arnold kept his back parallel with the floor. Dorian used a more upright stance. Supinate and pronate grips were not even mentioned. Was referring more to stance and approach.

Eq's stll running strong. That stuff takes a while to clear. Minus losing my breath i think ive controlled bp through supps.

My bent over rows are more parallel than dorian but not parallel like a pendalay row. My hamstrings dont allow a flat back bent over that low.
 
How did u like the eq, how long did u run it? I'm running it next cycle

EQ tried to kill me. I stopped it at 22 days when i started having issues breathing (id lose my breath laying in bed like i got kicked in the gut), erratic blood pressure and heartbeats.

managed to hit 20 minutes of pretty high paced cardio before my legs totally gave out.

i think i just chipped it with a hammer a little. got some goodies in the mail today. going to be adding it to my cycle. Helica pharma pro trenazine. its a trendione/dmz mix. gonna add it in a week. time for sh*t to get freaky bros:cool2:

Ok guys. just going to make a quick update to the cycle lay out since its changed a little bit from the start.

From the end of week 3-end of cycle. i'm going to be using a 750mg base of test enan. i need to get those bloods scheduled... I'm going to add in the pro Trenazine. each pill is dosed 20mgs trendione 10mgs dmz. im going to start at 2 caps and see how it does me. Because im using a tren precursor I ordered some t-3 since tren negatively effects t3 production. i will be using 25mcgs a day. I'm also going to have caber on hand, i do NOT plan to use it unless i start growing boobs or lactating but since its a lower dose tren and its conversion rate is only advertised at 50% i do not expect any issues. i do plan to pin for another 8 weeks to make it a 12 week cycle, no point in staying on super long. at week 11 i'll probably add in some sd for 3 weeks just to harden back up on time for halloween. if i can, i might try to pull off the incredible hulk for a costume.

another solid day in the gym. workouts are only getting better. I'm only looking bigger. cant wait till the test is peaked and steady in my system.

45x15, 85x10, 90x8 90x8, 90x8- 5 lbs lighter than last week but i didnt have to cheat any reps and i used much better form. got a way better pump

preacher curls

concentration curls

25x8 for 3 sets, triple drop set 35x6, 25x5, 15x6

vbar push downs

bodyweight dips, 18 breath rest for 4 sets to fail- didnt count reps. it was a lot

abs, 4 sets 30 sec rests each set to fail. didnt count rests

day 29. dosed 375mgs test this morning

definitely starting to notice an increase in my recovery times now. my arms felt relatively good this morning so i decided i'd hit shoulders today. still felt some soreness in the triceps and biceps and forearms when i got started but nothing that killed my work out.

seated db press
40x15, 65x12, 75x12, 75x11, 75x10, 75x8

side lateral raises
30x8, 30x8, 35x8 triple dropset 45x3, 35x4, 25x5 45xanything is a pr for me. never been above 40lb dbs for side raises before.

rear delt cables
20x10, 25x10, 30x8, 30x8

db shrugs
70x15 for 4 sets

hanging knee raises for abs, 5 sets to fail, 30 second rests.

25 minutes cardio.

Haha my cycle is killing my libido hardcore but I dont mind I can focus on the gym more and not the ass bouncing around there

yeah i almost hurt my self when a chick walked by in sweatpants so tight i could see her thong through them. a 75lb dumb bell smacking me in the head might have helped refocus. i've been popping clomids eod @ 50mgs to fill my balls back up a little (old timers say it works) and thats what's really putting me over the edge. im not sure if its legit clomid or viagara.

FOR THE MOST PART everything is under control. Still get some of the eq sides pop up once in a while. Nothing as bad as the day i realized it was the eq and dropped it.

I wouldn't say the sides came from EQ.
High blood pressure caused by EQ is very rare, possibly even 1/500 people may get an elevation in blood pressure.
Also bcuz it doesn't increase water retention it wouldn't increase blood pressure indirectly on anyway either.

Which leaves you with DBOL, my friend dbol :) this lil badmuthafarkerrr can shoot blood pressure up like a BEAST!!!!

I remember I took 20mg before training one day an with 240kgs on my back, pushing up from the bottom of a squat my nose sprayed blood like a farkennn fire house!!

I check my blood pressure that night and it was in the normal range again.

So the next day, took 10mg dbol in the morning n while at work got a blood nose!
At the time my boss was an x mr world.

So I said I gotta go to the doctors,
I keep getting blood noses.
He said ur on too much test n dbol ( I never even told him I was on)
So I stopped the dbol and the headaches n blood noses stoped the next day.

i appreciate the hell outta the input bro. Just for my knowledge, and the knowledge of the followers in this thread, you say 1 in 500 people may have elevated bp off of eq. wouldnt the serious amounts of red blood cells being produced take part in raising the blood pressure a good amount? also, it wasnt so much the bp as i was starting to have serious difficulty breathing that got me to stop. i can deal with heightened bp, unless some how that was what effected my breathing.

I've never had issues with Dbols before, but i was using half the dosage. but from the information you've left me with it (this is ****ed up) makes me wanna poke eq again just to see...

something was. idk if it was eq. the fact that i couldnt breathe laying in bed scared the hell outta me though. catching my breath between sets was difficult as all hell also. cardio was almost out of the question.

Edit: i will say that happened predominantly when my heart started to feel like it was going to beat out of my chest

Hmmm bro I think you got a bad source... From what you say about the dbol and now possibly the EQ... EQ is suppose to raise your red blood cell count. It allows more oxygen into the body.
It should actually help cardio.

yeah, from what i understand too many red blood cells can be hazardous though and from my understanding help raise bp. why my heart rate would go up idk. it felt like that sh!t was ready to rip out of my chest. as far as the dbol, its not my first time using it. i wouldnt expect to pull another 20 lbs out of it. i've never had gains as big as the first time i've used a compound. superdrol i gained like 25lbs the first time i took it. the second i took higher doses and only gained half. the test seems to be legit. theres other people running it as well, in these forums even. hell i know at least ones subbed in my page. idk. maybe i'm just absolutely friggin paranoid and there's nothing going on.
