Superandrol Q??

Hey guys newbie here to the site. I have lifted on and off for 4 years. I am currently 180, 5'10, and 19y.o. Going to be buying superdrol tomorrow. Extreme superdrol is the brand. I would like to know is there anything I can do before I start taking, I read milk thistle when i was searching. Not sure what that does.

1.What does milk thistle do.
2.what is pct? I'm assuming post training?
3. Nolvadex? shoudl I take that when I'm done? and what is it?
4.How damang is this to my heart of liver?
5.Any advice for me as to staying as safe as possible.

Thanks in advance, looking for quick answers for tomorrow before I buy.
