Super NOX with teens.

I am 16 years old and I was wondering about "Super NOX." I need a pre-workout supplement that gives me loads of energy along with huge size gains. Kids my age have been using this around the weight room and they are getting big. However, is it safe. If I follow the directions of 4 weeks on then 4 weeks off and not exceeding 5 doses a week will it hurt me? It contains 20mg of Superdrol. What is the status on that? Is it a steroid or a "pro-hormone" as advertised? If this is not safe what other product would be good for me.

Products Taken:
Infinite Labs Juggernaut
IDS Beta NOX
Iso Mass
Cytogainer

Thanks in advance.

Yes, it is a steroid. It is Methylated Masteron (Superdrol). All of your friends who are taking it, are shutting down their natural testosterone production and as soon as they stop using it, are going to get gyno(bitch tits). Sure they're gaining weight, but as soon as they stop it, it's all going to disappear day by day. So, NO it's not safe at all! If you want energy, look into a product called SPIKE energy drink. They sell it at your local GNC and most gas stations. It's SICK for energy! Redline is another good one. If you want size gains, then you need to eat food. Your test levels are very high already, and if your training is in check, then all you need is food to feed your growing muscles. Eat every 2-3hrs and consume 1.5 grams of protein for every pound that you weigh. In your case, that would be 250g protein per day. Eat 20-40g protein with each meal and have 6 meals per day. If you need more protein to meet those requirements, then have a shake or 2 to get in that extra protein.

Thanks for the advice. I must have put the wrong idea across when i said i just wanted energy.. I wanted a supp that not only gave me energy but gave me gains.. Some products i had in mind were "Super Pump 250" "MHP Dark Rage" and "Dymatize Xpand." Are any of these products better than the other? Know of any others that are getting good safe reviews? Thanks..

You probably dont need anything, but, if your deadset on using supplements just pickup the basic's

Protein - ATW or True Protein
Creatine - Bulk Mono is dirt cheap
Multi - Animal Pak, NOW ADAM

Theres other things to but I would stay away from the PH/PS/AAS scene for a few years, 19-20-21...Many would say wait even longer though.

Thanks.. The reason i am 'dead set' is because i couldn't gain anything before taking these supplements. Also, the extra kick and pump during workouts encourages me for more reps and such.

Oh, and this reminded me of when I was in highschool, a few kids got their hands on the Original AX Superdrol, before you knew it damn near the entire football team was using it, one kid ended up in the hospital getting his stomach pumped, and the entire team ended up getting tested!

Get your basics inline - Diet, Training, Sleep, and then Supps

Check out the rest of the forum for great answer to all of those, but what your asking really depends on your goals, but I would still to "basics"

check out ATW's Blended protein: Invalid Link Removed - You should be eating 5-6 meals a day, throw in 1/2 a scoop with each. Get a good Multi - Everyone should have a good Multi, if you looking for something cost effective Now ADAM is a great choice: Invalid Link Removed - Also, creatine is a good basic, many don't see results, myself included, but I do notice when I am using it seem to fatigue less in the gym, maybe push a little harder: Invalid Link Removed

Otherwise the are plenty of supps to expirament with, check out the reviews section, just stick to non-hormonal supps for now I myself love Intra-Aid: Invalid Link Removed - it really keeps me from dragging ass in the gym, and I feel like I can push myself just a little harder

You may also want to check out Prime, maybe post up in the USPlabs forum to ask about being 16 and using, but it is entirely non-hormonal and if you respond to it could add some quality mass: Invalid Link Removed - of coarse it is a little pricey and pretty controversial on results, some see nothing, some claim great results - I have never used it but I did pick-up a twin pack when they had them on sale a few days ago.

Thanks i will take a good look at this stuff.. I havent taken a muilti vitamin before i probably should start.

Hey man, these guys have it right by saying stay away from PH's and other synthetic hormones.

That being said I started using N.O. Xplode my jr year of high school and have been hooked ever since. Awesome focus and pumps. You could give that a try as it works for some and not for others. I like SuperPump 250 a lot too, not as much focus, but still crazy pumps. Right now I'm using Assault by MusclePharm, and its pretty insane, and is the best tasting PWO i've ever used.

The Juggernaut you said you are on is alright, as the guy at complete nutrition gave me a tub of it for about half price (19.99), but I was pretty dissappointed with it. I've also tried Arnge Crush and I thought that sucked too.

Also, like they said, get a good protein and make sure you're eating enough and from clean foods (good calories).
