Dont waste your money on this stuff. You only gain water weight even with good dieting. Nothing positive came out of that crap.
 
I ran it with Andro the Giant and Androvar for 8 weeks and gained 13 pounds of muscle, 6 pounds of fat and 3 pounds of water weight. Maybe you're just a hard gainer?
 
No strength gains? Fat loss?

1Andro is a nice mild compound imo
