Hey peeps. Just about to start the 8 week cycle of;

Super mandro - hard rock sups (4 andro)
Andro the giant- hard rock sups (1 andro)
Androvar - hard rock sups (epiandro)

330 - 1 andro (110 x 3 times daily)
330 - 4 andro ( 110 x 3 times daily)
600 - epiandro (100 x 3 times daily, 300 before workout)

Pct - nolva 20/20/20/20 ( could do 10 for the last two weeks. Open to opinnions )

Ai - terminatE - rock hard supps (went with this because andros seem to be very mild as it is) I probably won't need it, I could always add it in for the last week of the cycle, and add it to the pct for 3 weeks.

Blockade - assault labs - originally bought this because I was going to do lgd instead of 1 andro but I'm going to do both anyways so just stuck to 1 andro. May just take it because it's here now anyways.

Open to suggestions or ideas or add on thoughts.

Current vitamins;
Vitamin d 1000iu
Vitamin c 500mg
Ashwaganda 1500mg
B50 complex
Multivitamin with iron
Omega3 4g
Zma before bed
Chromium 250mg

Bulk started around 174lbs give or take.

Current weight 186lbs give or take.

15% bf give or take.

Left Picture is @ 174 and the right is @ 186

Starting cycle tomorrow 🤙

Bump your vd3 up to 5000iu, take 500mg vitamin c at every meal. Fish oil dose dosent mean a whole lot but you wanna shoot for 3g EPA/DHA, to get that from most products you need about 6-7g of fish oil but it varies from brand to brand.

What's in terminateE, while Andros are mild, mild has nothing to do with estrogen conversion. Some ppl will convert a lot of estrogen on 4 Andro, not saying it's a gurentee but it's possible.

And what's your reasoning on using chromium. Real question as I don't see it used very often these days. What's the purpose in mind. Insulin sensitivity?

(Supposed to bind to the aromatase enzyme preventing it from converting your testosterone into estrogen)

As for vitamin d and c you got it. I'll start doing that today. I'll also double check the fish oil shortly.

As for the Chromium I tend to bloat a lot on pretty much everything, figured I'd see if this would help with it, who knows though.

Body has not disliked anything as of yet.

Super intense smelly gas. Could melt paint off walls.

Alright boys.

Heading into week two.

I'll write up a baseline for my workout lifts some point this week. Works been mental.

Now I know andros should technically be taken every 4 hours. Now if work starts super early and my workouts are super late, should I still be taking everything roughly 4 hours apart; or should I space them out so the 300 of epi andro is still near the beginning of my workout?

Week 1; nothing super noticeable, however I don't feel tired after my workouts. Feel like an hour and a half isn't really an hour and a half lol.

Personally I would probably go with this option and take it closer to your workout if it were me.

Quick little update.

Strength shot up like crazy yesterday.

Squats went up from 155x12 to 185x8 yesterday lol.

All my stats for all muscle groups went up.

Currently sitting at 194.6lbs 🤙

Quick little update.

Do you work out solo or with a lifting partner.

The reason I'm asking is because if you're lifting solo your strength is probably up higher than you even realize.

Il do something like bench 235 for sets of 12 or 15 and then one day I'll have a workout partner and knowing that they're there to spot me I'll end up getting 19 or 20 reps. Same goes for most compound movements with the exception of squats. But if you can squat in a rack with safety pins so you know you're not going to collapse on yourself same thing tends to happen. Your body will tell you to cut it short way before failure and most of us, like 99% of ppl do not have the ability to hit failure on a straight set with good form unless they have a spot.

It's like trying to punch yourself in the face as hard as you can your body physically won't let you do it. Nothing anybody should be trying to do that but my point is your body has safety mechanisms to stop you from hurting and killing yourself lol

Once you get a true gauge of where your strength is at your gonna know and feel more comfortable pushing out a couple extra reps. A good way to get more reps is use a power rack with safety pins, get your reps done and rack it, count to 10 and then unrack and squeeze out 3-4 more, rack it and count to 10 and then get 2-3 more.

Rest pause style.

Or you can go for normal progressive overload on the basic compound lifts and then use machines or dumbbells for your failure or intensity techniques.

You don't need to do stuff like this all the time or every workout but it is good to do it from time to time

When I train solo I do my heavy pressing in a rack with safety pins or il use a Smith machine

I've been wanting to get a smith machine for awhile for my home gym. They are definitely useful for lifting solo and I always seem to get a pretty good pump when using a smith machine versus regular power rack with barbell. Not sure if it's just cause it's hitting the muscle differently than I'm use to when I use it or if it's targeting it better and more consistent at the same spot each rep.

In a Smith machine there's little to know movement, just a direct path up and down. So while it might not hit all the little stabilizer muscles, if your In a good position that's pain free you can really target a muscle and your gurenteed to hit the right spot over and over again. There's some disadvantages to a Smith but there are tons of advantages. With the exception of someone who's a power lifter where you want or absolutely need to have that free weight, if your goal is to safely activate a target muscle then a Smith can do that perfectly

I've actually swapped Overhead press and bench to the Smith press for these 8 weeks aha.

I find Smith bench harder for whatever reason lol. Maybe the bars just not weightless or something lol.

I've been doing a lot of cluster sets and giant sets these 8 weeks too haha.

Sitting at almost 200 right now. Steadily going up in weight and I'm still fitting size 32 pants so can't say anything bad lmao it's going good.

I'm getting a lot of people in my fam jam saying I'm getting super thick too so that's a nice motivator haha.

Most Smith machine bars have about 15lbs of resistance. Its a new exercise, once you find your grove you'll probably be able to handle 30-40 extra lbs in the smith but the way it's not what it appears. Two plates on a free weight bench is 225 lb, two plates on the Smith machine is 195 lb

Incline db press went from 65x8 to 70x8 since last week.

Strength is on the rise this is the middle of week three I believe since I've started.

Sex drive is down a bit, but that could also be the amount of stupid a$$ hours at work lately lol I feel toast after work lol.

Strength is on the rise this is the middle of week three I believe since I've started.

Sex drive is down a bit, but that could also be the amount of stupid a$$ hours at work lately lol I feel toast after work lol.
One Andro is notorious for killing sex drive and sexual function for many ppl, even on testosterone. You could try raising 4 and epi doses to compensate.440/900, you would probably need to buy more. Also idk if your taking a ai but if you are and it's not needed, low estrogen will cause these problems as well.

If it's sex drive "the want to have sex" then cailis or Viagra won't help but if it's the ability to perform then one of those would help.

I got an ai here, but haven't touched it. Have no high estrogen sides at all. Everything is normal in that regard so didn't feel the need. Was considering adding it in a week before pct starts but we shall see how everything seems to be going by then aha.

Just the drive lol everything works fine haha.

I might buy more 4 andro and epi haha well see.

Seated dB shoulder press with 70s for 6 today as well which is also a new pr.

Going good guys strength keeps shooting up!

Seated dB shoulder press with 70s for 6 today as well which is also a new pr.

Going good guys strength keeps shooting up!
Good to hear it's going well! I've been eyeing those 1,4 andros as well. Currently I'm running 600mg Stano-plex and 150mg TD 4 andro (about equivalent to 300 oral) and the strength increases in certain exercises are incredible. I'll probably add in some TD 1 andro to finish off the run. Sounds like you and I are having similar experiences. Keep up the good work and let us know how the cycle continues to go!

I'm still size 32 in the waist it hasn't moved.

Looks like you've got a great build. I'm 5'10" and a little fatter than you. It'll be fun to see how things turn out. My cycle is kinda jumbled, I started epiandro 3 weeks ago and started 4 andro a few days ago lol

Hard to tell because I'm not super lean as it is right now lol. Also my fat sits on the outside of my muscles. I have virtually 0 fat stored under my muscles/organs.

I am pretty sure I'm holding somewhat as I doubt I've gained 186 to 203 in 5 and a half weeks lol.

Little update!

Chest day was today.

Bench was 175x8 last day and today I cranked out 12
Did 185x8/6 today as well.

Squats is up at 185x10 now as well. (Leg injuries so squats will take a bit to return to normal strength but it's getting there)

My squats have never been good due to injuries but consistently progressing is all I care about for me and not so much the weight anymore.
