Super-high-reps (20 to 30) are good for what?

Do you find super high reps (20 to 30) useful?

high reps will generate red muscle fiber growth and lead to some added mass, but no white muscle fiber gains and thus little to no strength

great for shock cycles of hypertrophy, any more than 2-3 workouts is just athletic conditioning (i.e. not useful for bbing).

anything that is a change in the sort of training will help hypertrophy but not to often, however high reps are very good for endurance training and events,
 
High reps are actually good for building and forming new capillaries. The more capillaries your muscles have the more blood flow there is to the muscle during heavy sets....hence a better pump with fewer reps and heavier weights.
