This will be a log mainly for myself if you don't like how I log don't follow! Iv ran 2.0 with killer results so excited to try this 3.0. Iv got all my reg supps ready to go as well as cycle assist supps. I won't post which ones cause I don't wanna hear your opinions on which brand you like I have a nutrition an training background I found what works for me through trial and error however suggestions are welcome.

My routine is simple I do two body parts a day and my sets and exercises are based on me turning into my body's feelings each day so it varies. I know you prolly don't like my approach but hey your opinion is yours . I typically do a mile to two mile warm up on treadmill and a good stretch and full body low weight warm up. Followed by my workout.

This thread isn't to tell you every little thing I eat I don't count macros I eat when I'm hungry and clean. I always start sipping my protein drink on last exercise an have a sweet potato on the drive home shower and eat a small meal.

I'm starting this cycle at 180 at 5'8, lets see how it goes!!!

First dose was taken an it was prolly placebo but I'll take it I crushed a good chest and tricep. Wasn't feeling to into my typical workout so made it up as I went, vascularness was slightly more then normal strength was up a bit then typically what I do for same sets an reps.

Chest was as follows
Incline hammer strength 3 plates warm up 10reps
2nd set 4plates for 6
3rd set 5 plates for 5
4th set 5 plates an 35 for 2

Flat bb bench 225 for 5
235 for 3
245 for 1
Could have gone heavily but I have shoulder problems and make sure I don't over strain an have perfect form

Incline Db fly 50 for 5
60 for 3
70 for 2

Pec dec 135 for 5
150 for 3
180 for 3

Pump was intense at this point
Triceps as follows
Close grip bench 185 for 5 extremely light!!!
205 for 3
225 for 1

Straight bar press down 80 for 5
100 for 3
120 for 1

Tricep press down machine 225 for 5
240 for 3
250 for 10 felt light at end

Rope press down with contraction at bottom
80 for 5
100 for 3
120 for 1

My right arm an chest is lagging in size substantially to Left due to surgery so I always do a little extra on that side did 2 sets of cable kickbacks with cable fly, 2 sets reverse single arm pull down with high cable cross, 2 sets of one arm cable French press with low cable chest cross all non stop

Left side extremely pumped couldn't move right side still now pumped or tired overall awesome first dose and workout no side effects yet obviously
 
Dang nice workout. Chest/tris gunna be sore tomorrow. ha
 
Are you taking SDMZ 3.0 by itself, or are you using any cycle support as well?

All everyday supps as well as cycle assist are taken daily Im just not getting into exactly what I'm taking bc im not here to argue which brand or this serm or that serm is better
 
So half way thru day two got a crazy pump in entire arm just driving around! Sustained some sort of injury to left elbow and shoulder at work feels like tendinitis however the injury was from a impact so not sure. Took some Tylenol and iced er up felt good went to gym for legs and shoulders extreme numb warm pain with weakness set in during legs decided to skip shoulders hoping taking a full 24-48 hours off will do the trick. Wasn't feeling great due to long shift and injury so switched my workoit to a shorter more mass type an is as follows

Squat 135x8
225x5
255x3
285x2 could have gone more but no spotter felt good an also PR on all lifts legs are a weak point an hate to train legs

Lying leg extension 185x5
220x3
250x2

Leg curl 150x6
195x3
225x2

Calf raise 200x5
225x3
250x1 on a donkey calf raise machine

Elbow was killing me so that was it for the gym
 
Try to refrain from Tylenol and use Advil or a generic brand of Advil while you're on cycle - it'll put more stress on your liver. :) enjoy the pumps man. They'll only get better!!!

Typically I agree but if the issue is BP a blood thinner wouldn't be a terrible idea assuming the liver is running fine (a baby asprin)

On a side not no side effects yet sex drive still in tact hunger has already gone up water intake was a little low today but it happens no Bp issues or headaches no cramps or back pumps good to go still blown away by feeling after only two doses
 
Do you think your pain is related to the Super DMZ 3.0?

No hurt the left shoulder/elbow in a fight at work Tuesday night, hurt my right hand in a fight at work last night so Iv just decided since I'm going to miss the gym for awhile to stop taking it until I'm bCk in the gym for a bit
 
Back in gym today good news is got thru a workout after missing two weeks and lost no strength at all, didn't have the same drive an feel like I'm killing it or a good pump but weight wise good to go.

Instead of doing cardio before I decided to do a more mass building lift sceme resting 3 minuets so I did my lift sprinted for a minuet at 12mph on tredmill did abs and rested 30 seconds an lifted again repeat so I could get in an out.

Chest I didn't do any bench since I hurt my wrist I kept my wrist neutral grip so I did

Incline hammer strength 3plates each side for 10
4plates each side 6
4plates &35 each side for 4
5 plates for 2

Neutral grip Db press 80x6
90x4
100x2 little disappointed in weight but don't normally do from that angle it was hard

Busy weekend I don't like missing workouts and I did sunday so this am I did my subs day an monday an felt good I can tell it's kicking in never get tired in gym ever lift goes up everyday!

Yea slight bloat not high bp but elevated some pumps appetite almost seem suppressed some strength gain but no size an vascularity is minimal unless the last week or so really changes I wouldn't recommend or re buy the only stronger about 3.0 is the side effects i virtual had nothing but good come from 2.0

Did you get 3.0 before or after the ban, and 2.0? Just a bit curious to see if there is a possibility that the product is not cut out as the original...chances are that it is most likely good to go though.
