I'm 39 and have been powerlifting for 16 years.
My experience with ph's are superdrol, m1t (both about 10 years ago), epi2a3a, 1 & 4 andro, halodrol, teen-v and ultradrol.
Had some injuries a year ago which slowed me down a lot but I'm starting to get back into it now. I run the Juggernaut program and Iv just finished the 5's cycle. I finished with 60kg military for 15 reps
115kg bench for 6 reps
190kg squat for 6 reps
220kg deadlift for 6 reps
Deload for a week from Monday then move onto 3's. I'll start my cycle Monday so I'm a week in when the fun begins.
Cycle looks like this
2 weeks before all the way to 2 weeks after I'll run cycle support
Weeks 1-4 2 caps DMZ
Weeks 1-4 pbold 2mg AM 2mg PM
Weeks 5-8 nolvadex
Weeks 5-8 active extreme
Weeks 5-8 erase pro
Weeks 5-8 lean extreme
Weeks 5-8 pre work out of some description
Weeks 9-12 I'll have a crack at some natural hormones. Maybe anabeta
