I just started running 11-my and was wondering Approximately how long will it take to see noticeable effects at 125? And 250? Also the difference seen between 125 daily and 250, and if anyone has gone above 250 what there results were?

About 7-10 to days should start eliciting very noticeable leaning and hardness improvements even at 125. Faster and more noticeable if doing 250 mg. Several users logging recently have noted effects within as little as 3-5 days. No one logging currently has ventured above 250 to my knowledge but in the past people have certainly megadosed 11-KT and had great results with tolerable side effects. IMO, due to the great dosing and effectiveness of the TD delivery, you should give it a solid run at 250 mg before trying to megadose. I think 250 mg will do great for most people, however eventually many I'm sure will want to try 500 mg. Not me though. 250 is where it's at for me currently.
