i d like your experience/knowledge if i m good to go with using super 11 to control cortisol, during pct, instead of reduce xt.
i am carefully planing my stack for future cycles/pcts' and this is the last piece!
thanks in advance to all

I'm going to say no, you should not use super11 during PCT since 11-ketotestosterone is mildly suppressive and you never want to run anything suppressive during PCT.

Reduce XT will suppress cortisol from rising too high and is not suppressive to your HPGA!

ok thanks bro..
had many bottles of super 11 and no reduce xt left....
guess i ll have to stock up...

Super 11 should not be part of a pct as it will have some suppressive effects, even at a low dose. Reduce xt is by far the better choice as it will not suppress you at all.

Would you say ashwaganda is as effective as 7-DHEA? Which I believe is the primary active ingredient in reduce XT

Ive read study data on Ash, which demonstrates cortisol benefits. I havent read any such data on 7-dhea ; not to suggest it doesnt exist, mind you.

Thats interesting, I've never delved into what the research says about either of those compounds. It seems that on this forum people consider Reduce XT the pinnacle for cortisol control during PCT.

I know ashwaganda has shown promise as a testosterone booster and an adaptogen as well, and I believe that 7-DHEA is supposed to be a cortisol modulator and potent fat burner so I'd say they are both likely solid choices.
