I apologize if this post is redundant. In addition to the research I have done, I thought it would be a good idea to have you all look over my first cycle. Better safe than sorry!
About me:
Male, 26 y/o, ~9 years of training, focus has shifted from triathlons to bodybuilding to powerlifting over the years, 5'8, 160, ~10% bf. Looking to put on some size and get stronger. Currently doing 5/3/1 with some hypertophy training mixed in.
