Quick question! Start this tomorrow and was curious if I can dose super 1,4 at the same time in the morning (take them with each other) or space them out.

Space them out, if practical. If dosing, say, 220mg of each per day Id do 1cap of each in morn and 1cap each approx 10hrs later.
