For the past few weeks I have dealt with some minor back/lat issues and decided to lay off heavy rows and conventional deadlifts. I see it as an opportunity to place more emphasis on training my glutes/quads/hams, so that is why I have currently switched over to sumo. I'll be the first to say I am no expert in pulling sumo and haven't done them very much, if at all in the past year. Last week I pulled 205x1 and now I have a goal to reach 250. Here's my set up process: Approach with wide stance, shins to bar, start positioning myself with the top down method, knees out, pull hips in, chin down, and pull. I'm all ears so any tips on technique would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys
