Hey everyone,
Alright, I'm gonna be giving this a shot before summer kicks in. Here is the plan:
Dermacrine at 7 pumps a day
Katanadrol at 300/350/350/350/350, perhaps will boost up depending on how I feel mid way through it.
Also will be running
Anabeta
Joint Support
ALA
Chromium Picolinate
BCAA
Vitamin C
Multi
Life Support
DCP
Lean Extreme
For PCT I will do
Nolva at 20/10/10/10
Erase at 3 caps a day
DAA
I was also thinking about going Erase and / or DAA while doing the cycle, what are thoughts on that?
Ok, for the other stuff:
I am on the leangains routine, currently doing +20 and -20 for on and off days, with very low carbs on off days, less than 30g usually.
Workout is Dogg Crapp, with fasted runs / bikes / ellipticals 6 in the morning while fasted.
Just wanted to get some input if this looks solid. I am just looking at a recomp here, nothing outrageous, gaining 5lbs while dropping BF would be supperb.
Any input? Will most likely log this bad boy and have before / after pics.
