so im getting my summer cycle ready and I was wanting you guys to critique it. My goals are to lean bulk.
weeks 1-8
IML Halo Extreme 75/100/100/100/100/100/100/125
OL tr3n 0/60/60/60/60/60/60/0
Cycle support-
NAC 1.2 grams daily through pct.
Hawthorn 1000mg daily pre loaded
celery seed 300 mg daily
PCT:
torem- 90/60/30/30. will probably pre load 120 for first couple days.
aromasin- 6.5mg eod for duration of cycle and pct.
DAA- 3/3/3/3
My calories will be at 3500, although im not really tracking. ill be eating clean the whole time and judging how much to eat as to what the mirror and scale say. I want to know what you guys think.
