Been a long time since I have posted on here. Anyways I have aged a little bit since my last post and have developed my training program more to the point where most new PH cycles don't do much at all for me besides a little strength kicker so I've decided to quit killing my liver as much with PHs and going to AAS
I have some competition goals for myself both in the strength category of lifting and some that are not lifting related at all but more sports related that I am trying to accomplish.
I am trying to cut some bf while still gaining some much needed weight as I have been trying to cut down for the past 5 months
Right now I weigh 175 and am 11% bf I'd like to be at 190 and 9% bf
I am thinking about running
1-16 Test E 500mg/wk
10-16 winstrol 75mg/day
1-16 arimidex
16-20 nolvadex 20,20,15,10
16-20 test booster
My question is I am gyno prone so what AI should I run and how much throughout the cycle? Everything else I have experience running with besides the test E.
