Appeitite was still decreased today, felt a little bloated at practice, and i didnt really have that much to eat today. Could be something with CRE-02 Cordygen5, were i dont feel the need to eat as much. As long as im staying around the same weight, and my definition is increasing, than that is more than O.K with me.

Thoughts

Were in a new phase for our weight training, the weights are lowered a little bit, but the reps and sets are up. For every set we do the same weight and sets. Over the next couple of weeks the weight will slowly increase with the reps decreasing. Today was a great workout, It seems my body responds better to higher rep/sets, and I feel more explosive/energetic. Squats were ATG and did them with ease, my major lifts have increased alot since the beginning of the year, I really like the phases my coach makes for us.

Bull pen went good today, reaching back, following through and hitting my spots with all of my pitches. I just had some mechanical/mind games problems I had to sort out. Other than that blasted through the pitcher workout w/o any soreness from the lift this morning. We'll see how I feel tomorrow morning though.

Strength: 9/10
Glad were mixing up our style of training so my body is always suprised.
Endurance: 9/10
Our workouts for the next couple weeks are more, muscular endurance set up, and I am definetly fatigued by the end of our 5 sets. I always feel fresh for the next set
Performance:8/10
hit all my spots, and my pitches are on, now I just have to carry that over to a game
Mood: 9/10
all of my classes got canceled today, so that was a plus!
Overall feeling of the day: 8/10
great workout, good practice, overall a good day

haha I used to love it when my classes, but hated it bc I drove all the way to school for no reason...

But nice workout sum, glad to here the strength is up!

Thoughts
Had our standard practice yesterday, which went good. Was very sore from the last couple workouts, but I fought through it to complete my workout. My legs, specifically my hamstrings were so sore. It's probably due to the fact of increased reps.

Today we had one 9 inning game that we won. We beat them 14-4 and ended after 7 due to slaughter rule. I will be in relief this weekend. we will be traveling, so hopefully our hotel will have internet.

The workout went great today, most weights felt light except for the deadlifts... On my sheet I was only supposed to do 200 lbs for 6 reps, but somewhere along the line I messed up with the kg and accidentally added 50 pounds. At first I thought I was just very fatigued, but then I soon realized i was doing 50 extra pounds (250) for 6 reps by 5 sets. So that definetly got me sweating. Although i still completed the deadlifts pretty easily.

Strength: 9/10
Pulled more than i was supposed to, but did it with ease
Endurance: 9/10
higher reps, more sets and im plowing through them without stopping inbetween reps. Very short recovery time
Performance:N/A
Nothing really to note here, lift went great, i will be in relief this weekend
Mood 10/10
long day, gave a speech today and went 4 minutes over the time limit.. but i nailed it
Overall feeling of the day: 9/10
good lift, ready for the games this weekend

Practice tomorrow, 3 games this weekend

march 26, Day 26

This is going to be a quick update, I still have to get ready for the weekend and pack. Just had practice today, so all I had was a quick pitcher workout. 1 thing to note is we had 12 60 yard sprints, and I felt very quick. After each sprint I basically stepped up for the next one without any fatigue. Diet is same as always. 3 games this weekend, i'll try and keep ya'll updated!

been very hectic over the weekend, got a workout in yesterday and will have one possibly today, for sure tomorrow. I will give a full detailed update later tonight!

Much needed up date March 29th, day 29

Diet and Supps

Diet is was pretty clean this weekend, cant remember everything I ate. From what i can recall i did eat a little under maintainence but it's better than eating a bunch of crap food

Thoughts

Very good workout, despite the fact that all the weights are lower, I was extremely sore. Although on both my front and back squat i've changed my stance a little bit. For most of the year my stance was very wide, but i was getting strains and pain in the groin region. I recently have started a much narrower stance (inside shoulder width) feet slightly pointing out. I like this stance alot more and can accomplish it correctly since I am pretty flexible. I got ATG. Endurance felt up, our rep range is usually 2-4 so 6 reps, and then a couple sets is defintly an increase demand for endurance, which wasnt a problem

Strength: 10/10
Reps are up from current regime. So all weights are feeling very light.
Endurance: 10/10
blasted through my workout
Performance:N/A
Mood 10/10
great day awsome lifting day
Overall feeling of the day: 9/10

I also lifted monday, I have practice and a lift today, i will update both lifts and practice after my lift!

Hey guys, im falling a little behind due to our traveling schedule and no access to internet/homework and school. So im going to do just a quick update of the last week or so, so i can be back up to speed. Last couple lifts have been good, blasting through them like its my job. I do realize through most of my lifts im not out of breath and finish all set strong. Pitching is getting progressively better, for some reason for the first time in my life im really nervous and i think that is affecting my performance. I just have to channel it in a postive way. Today Im getting a lift in and tried out Cordygen v02 ultra, and carnage, so we'll see how that goes today. With V02 i like how it can be taken 45-60 minutes before workout, which when i take my other supps, so it convienant. off to the gym i'll let you guys know how it went!

Thoughts

Workout went great today. I was a little fatigued from the squats but 5 sets by 4 reps at 250 can be pretty exhausting. Still going way past parallel, and definetly can feel it in my legs during/this morning. I tried out carnage and vo2 yesterday. The only other product that i've tried that is like carnage is incarnate. Although i didnt get the beta alanine tingles with carnage. I do like how with v02 you can take it 45 minutes before workout opposed to 2 hours. It makes it simpler in the fact that I can take it with all of my other pre workout sups. IMO 2 hours is to much time before workout, espesially since it recommends to be taken on an empty stomach. So I find my self trying to perfectly set up my meal and dosage so im not starving. Had a very good workout had possibly will workout today, or i might wait till thursday and friday to get my other two lifts in due to travel and easter break.

Strength: 8/10

Im glad to see you tried out some samples yesterday. Just for reference though, I wanted to clear something up with you.

The recommendation on Cre-02 is 2 hours pre w/o, but that is not necessarily when you HAVE to dose this product. I take mine about 45mins-60mins pre w/o when I use it before hitting the weights. Sometimes I use my Cordygen type product before hitting the weights for the endurance boost, and I use my Cre-02 post w/o when my muscles are screaming for something. There is no right or wrong timing....it's whatever works best for you to get the most out of your supps.

Also, Carnage is formulated to try and reduce the paraesthesia (tingles and numbness) that you often get with the typical BA type product. When using Carnage for a week or more, you'll notice the effects 110% while you still may notice no "tingles".

Great log...keep up the good work!

Awsome, good to know. I have tried it an hour or so before a workout a couple times, and i would definetly reccomend that timing (45-60 minutes). I will most likely stay with this dosing scheme for the rest of the log. That's good to know about carnage, i'll probably pick some up and run it. Especially for 23 bucks! Thanks for the heads up CT!

Anytime brother! Im just glad to see how well the stack is working for you and how much you're enjoying it :)

Dont worry about the pitching issues....they always fall into place. Sometimes being nervous actually helps a bit. Keeps your "edge" on ;)

Yeah, it's different for people. My absorption times are really slow. So, I HAVE to do it 2 hours p/w or else I won't get anything out of it until the end of my workout.

Ive met people that have that issue also...and then there are people like me. I can take Cordygen products within 30 mins of my session and feel them. I can actually take my Ragnarok while working out and it hits me halfway through the session, haha

hey guys, sorry for lack of updates, busy with the same old stuff. I am also on break right now so im taking this time to see and spend time with my family. As of now Im just taking the 4 days off to rest up, but might hit up the gym to run and loosen up. We have a game on monday, and if I go in today or tomorrow i'll note my observations.

Im a pretty linient guy....but it's been 19 days since you updated your log now. I'm hoping that everything is alright with you and your family...and if it is...then there's no reason no matter how busy you are that you are not updating. You were given 2 months worth of 2 products to run a log with specific instructions on how often we needed updates...

If it can coincide with your schedule, please begin making updates soon.

Sorry about the lack of update guys, been very busy with baseball and school, so much that I havent had any time to do anything. Been getting alot of school work laid on me the last couple weeks and finals are around the corner. On top of that baseball has been in overdrive with traveling, games, and practices. On a lighter note, we won our confrence, for the first time in a long time. I was recently sick with a combonation of the flu and allergies, i slept for a total of 22 hours.. so no good. But I am back up and running. The last couple of weeks have been lighter because i decided to basically cut lifting weights due to it's complications with baseball, so i've been doing moderate cardio and circuit work. The lifting was making my whole pitching motion seem off. It's weird because it seems my arm is not in the shape it should be. I feel my arm was stronger during the pre season than now. It is most likely due to the fact that for practice as a pitcher is very very light. I am very accustomed to throwing alot and working my arm. A couple of days ago i had a strained tendon in my arm and my trainer said it was from it being underworked/under throwing, which is what i have been telling my coach all year. But i guess now my coach knows, and hopefully in the future we'll throw more live situations and bullpens. The cordygen5 and cre-02 have been treating me very nicely and actually just finished. Throughout the last couple weeks i've noticed increased energy during my cardio sessions. Again sorry for the lack of update guys, i know alot of people are interested in these products and i will get a final review up within the next day.

my final review will be up soon. Im traveling for baseball and wont have much time to finish it, I want to be able to sit down and really give you guys a good idea of this great product.
