6-7 caps of this red Bali is perfect for me. I haven’t gotten the eye wobbles from this Kratom but I have got them a few times in the past. When I get them I make sure to hydrate and try to eat a meal. Or just go to sleep haha.

Thanks bro! Yeah I haven’t needed to go past 8 caps with this stuff. It is a pretty potent strain that I am already getting what I am looking for at 6-7 caps.

How are you liking yours?

Took a couple days off because it was much needed lol and just took a 10 cap dose about an hour or so ago and feel awesome

Way to go straightup! Good stuff

I hear ya. Taking days off are important to do in the Kratom game. They also make the days on that much better. My plan will be to take a few days off after this log.
 
Pick up some of their green MD, it’s legit. I just grabbed some Super Green and going to give it a spin tomorrow.
 
Last night was 6 caps Kratom + agmatine + magnesium + Passion flower and this is a hard to beat combo for me. I enjoyed the feels for 1.5-2 hours then fell right asleep.

I am going to order the capsules and try this strain. From what I understand through research, the positive effects are pain relief, stress relief, and anti-depression. I have about 10 days worth of NSI189 left before I start the kratom.

Yeah, I would finish the NSI189 before starting the Kratom. Are you still enjoying the NSI189?

Took the last of my red Bali capsules on Saturday night

I enjoyed this Kratom very much. SUK’s Red Bali capsules are great for evening dosing. I will purchase both their red and white caps so I can mix them 50/50 for daytime dosing.

I will leave a final review on here shortly.
