Suggestions for training program

Are you serious right now? No. Thats obviously not how you structure a full body workout. You are clearly very ignorant.

You dont have to do it all in one day - full body doesnt mean the same thing 4-5x per week. Please go do some actual reading on the subject. Youre coming off very ignorant

Lol. Jiigz has had enough

enlighten me then on what a fullbody is..

Here is an example based upon what Dan John recommends in his 40 day strength challenge for a full body workout. You do 1 exercise from each of these types of movements.

Loaded carry
Squat
Hip hinge
Pull
Push

Most days you do 2x5 for each. Once a week do 5/3/2 for each. Change the movements every 2 weeks.

I did it with these exercises:
Farmers, yoke
Front squats, back squat
Dead lifts, snatch grip deads
Seated rows, pullups
Bench, db bench

I have followed this for 4 months now. To show the improvements I did a power lifting meet yesterday and set 22lb squat pr, a 5 lbs bench pr, and a 44lbs total pr.

That's some good progress. I love all of Dan John's stuff

Oh, I forgot to mention 1 thing about that program I listed, it was 5 days a week.

once again he isnt trying to be a powerlifter?? so why would he follow a powerlifting program to better his body??

What he is trying to say is all that . Will kill your muscles instead of build them.

but thats just it.. 1 movement for back is not enough to stimulate growth..now if you take a normal fullbody split like HST.. its 4days of 1movement for back.. thats 4 movements a week?? a normal split like phat would give around 6-8 movements a week .. multiply that by 52 then a guy on phat would do 100times the work in a year

Dang never thought of that, because obviously you can only do 1 back exercise per full body workout, definitely only 1 and can't do more.

Do exercises make a power lifting program? Or the specific intensities, sets and other things?

I didnt realise you were 19, you have a lot to learn about programming and how growth is stimulated. You seem very predeternined in your ideals that you have shut yourself out to other options.

You can strucure a fullbody however you like - the one posted was an example of a structure. For the OPs purpose, id focus on other movements but the example is still clear.

If you dont like the idea of that set up, cool move on but to say it isnt optimal based on nothing but what you think is silly

yes exercises do, a powerlifter would almost never do an isolation like cabel flyes over bench press, and im 20 and have been training for 6years now,i have my PT certificate, pharmacist assistant certificate and a sports strapping certificate so my age does not define my knowledge

I wasn't following a powerlifting program either yet I added muscle and got stronger.

congratulations, truly but you still have a lot to learn. I know BBer who bench, deadlift, squat and OHP. Yet they arnt PLers. It doesnt mean anything bar what you think it does.

I also have formal education in exercise science, not that it matters. Its not about who knows what, its about common sense

Yeah....why would anyone want to make a template based off of compound exercises? I can't imagine such a thing.

Popcorn subscription here. Hope it continues.

yes but i also do al of those things but when i squat i squat for my quads so i do front squats becuase they work my quads beter were a pl would focus more on a lift spesific type program.. i wasnt trying to say bbers dont do compounds.. in contrast i belief everyone should do them its the focus of thet compound(weight or muscle) that is the difference

Stop...just stop. You're just making **** up at this point. Even for powerlifting, not every lift is to focus on the movement. There's just as much emphasis (probably even more between meets) on working the muscle within a template. Your repeated false dichotomy has gotten old and shows how little experience you really have. You're 20; sit down, read, and learn. When everyone with more experience and education tells you that you're wrong, accept it and move on.

So you have a couple certificates and a few years of experience. Congrats, but that doesn't mean much when you're comparing yourself against a bunch of other dudes who have four or five times the amount of experience you do, as well as most likely higher degrees of education.

We have a name for people like you where I am. someone who has a bit of education, a little experience, and a big head: The Lieutenant.

If you disagree with a style of training, you disagree. But don't try blowing smoke up some dude's rear end.

Hehe you've made good conversation about some PL stuff and full body vs split training system ...
Actually I started thinking about starting mass... There is not really time for summer, abs, beach and that stuff so maybe i should start mass (diet) and good training so i can finish till March /April 2016 and start cutting for July/August 2016 and have nice time..
Tell me your opinion for this.. :D
