Like to grab suggestions from you guys on taking these throughout the day. How it ahould be set up...ive never used a supplement like Glycophase before..

My goal is dropping fat til November.

What would you change or add?

I also have Alphamax, Slinmax and Alpha Lean 7 in the background to be used at some point.

I’d agree with resolve10.. and once you start the anabolic effect id run lean edge or the alpha lean 7.
