Suggested cycle for dbol

Hi i have 10mg dbol and want a good cycle suggestion. Iv took them before at 50mg/ day for 6weeks with good results but I'm after a better/ safer course? Any suggestions would be good. Also pct to use after and for how long?

Maybe there are threads on this site talking about dbol and cycle lengths/dosages and pct. If only there were a way to search for those threads...
