successfully recomping with Test and Masteron? I think so!

I hope this is a strong first post..

I've always been a bit bulky and never really cut before in fear of losing strength and muscle. (6ft 230lb 16% bf)

Cut down to 208lb pre cycle and now I'm sitting at about 218lb

Currently cutting on 700mg Test and 700mg Masteron. Diets in perfect check and in a daily calorie deficit of around 600 calories daily. 200-240g of protien a day and mainly eat my carbs pre workout.

I'm on week 5 have put 40 lbs on my bench and 50 lbs on my squats.



Am I recomping? Is this due to the androgenic nature of Masteron? Never had strength gains like this considering how low my calories are. Looking leaner than ever!

I'm not sure your question are you asking if it sounds like your recomping? Test and mast at those levels will increase your strength. Recomping is about changing body composition at that deficit your for sure going to be getting leaner
 
Sorry if I'm rambling..

I've always heard building muscle and losing fat was extremely difficult. Just wanting to voice my experience with the compound and was curious if anyone else had similar stories?

It's possible on aas. **** I went from 205 to 181 with nothing but ECA stack and my bench went from 255-275 in 3 months. Not huge but non the less.
 
Recomp as said before is increasing strength and size while leaning out which if you building muscle and and your on a cal deficit then you should be recomping stage now. What is your current BF% and weight sorry if you already posted.
 
Not as weird as you think, I gain weight in recomp but lose BF%. Your building muscle and water weight but your also burning fat.
