Substance WPI Scoop Size

What is the normal scoop size inside Substance. I bought up a few jugs when it was on sale at NP and one jug had a 70cc scopp and the other had a 90cc scoop. Which one is the recommended scoop?

Don't know if the type of flavor makes a difference, but the Vanilla WPI my wife's been using has a 90cc scoop.

The 70cc scoop could have been accidentally placed in there. It could have just been done when the scoops were packaged.
