SubQ Question for the bigger guys

Do you use longer than a 1/2" needle for belly injections, go to the side where there is less fat, or go into the fat for GH injections?

I've heard all recommended, I'm trying to get a little more perspective though.

sub q is not limited to the sides. you can shoot the gh anywhere where it is easier to pinch the skin and get a fold up. i use my inner thighs alot for this.
 
that is fine. put the pin almost parallel to the skin and push in sideways. this keeps it sub q and not too deep in the fat
